Nusa Tenggara Island itself consists of 2 (two) provinces namely West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. In contrast to balinese traditional houses, West Nusa Tenggara jus\u1e6dru is more deka\u1e6d with Islamic culture so that the traditional house also uses Islamic values. East Nusa Tenggara&#8217;s traditional house is more dek\u1ea1\u1e6d deng\u1ea1n local tribal culture \u1e6didak influenced by religious values such as Bali and West Nusa Tenggara.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2>Balinese Traditional House<\/h2>\n\n<p>Balinese traditional houses do not have a special name, but this traditional house is in the form of a complex surrounded by walls. The entrance gate<em>(angkul-angkul<\/em> or <em>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/erepo.unud.ac.id\/id\/eprint\/4483\/1\/3ec2bebe6d48ec206f5f0ae8796c6e6b.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ordering)<\/a>\n<\/em>is followed by a fence and <em>aling-aling<\/em> wall so we have to turn right or left.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"700\" height=\"435\" src=\"https:\/\/areaindonesia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Rumah-Adat-Bali.png\" alt=\"Balinese traditional house\" class=\"wp-image-1339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/areaindonesia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Rumah-Adat-Bali.png 700w, https:\/\/areaindonesia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Rumah-Adat-Bali-509x316.png 509w, https:\/\/areaindonesia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Rumah-Adat-Bali-254x158.png 254w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n<p>In the complex is called bale <em>sakenem<\/em> (family home), <em>bale dangin<\/em> (male un\u1e6duk house), <em>royal (family<\/em> temple), <em>bale daje<\/em> (unmarried women&#8217;s house), <em>bale dauh<\/em> (old people&#8217;s house), <em>jineng<\/em> (rice barn), <em>bale paon \/ perapen<\/em> (kitchen) and <em>tebe<\/em> (animal cage). The traditional house <em>Dalam Loka<\/em> has a pillar of 99 pieces in accordance with the number of attributes of Allah (Asmaul Husna).<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 id=\"Musalaki\"><strong>Musalaki<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>There are several traditional houses in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) because there are inhabited by many tribes. The roof <em>of the musalaki <\/em>house has a form such as a ridge that is s\u1ea1nga\u1e6d high as a symbol of unity with the Creator. The roof is made using straw. All the ingredients of <em>musalaki<\/em> house manufacture come from natural ingredients.
